Hi, my name is Tanisha, I’m a licensed social worker. I work with individuals navigating parent-child conflict, new moms adjusting to life’s changes, and those looking to build healthier, more balanced relationships. I also support individuals managing anxiety, depression, and the effects of past trauma or negative past experiences. While doing such, I provide guidance at a pace that feels safe and comfortable.
My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative. I use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Above all, my mission to provide a warm and welcoming space where you can feel heard and respected, and where we explore strategies that work for you so that you can feel more confident, balanced, and empowered.
