Megan is a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to supporting her clients to accomplish their goals. Megan believes that all individuals possess inherent strengths that can be harnessed to overcome challenges and lead fulfilling lives. Megan's primary goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where each individual can explore mental health needs and other life challenges, openly and without judgment. Utilizing a client-centered approach her practice is grounded in the power of genuine connection and the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to meaningful change. With her intention of creating space for clients to better understand themselves, learn new coping mechanisms, and challenge preexisting negative thoughts and beliefs, Megan has helped clients navigate anxiety and mood disorders, life transitions, and difficulties within their relationships or with self-esteem.


Megan specializes in utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to the needs of each individual. The primary modalities she utilizes are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). With these approaches, Megan supports her clients to explore thought and behavioral patterns, develop insight into triggers or contributing factors, and develop healthier approaches.


Megan also embraces a holistic approach, integrating breath work and modalities taught in yoga into therapy to promote well-being and balance. Megan's goal is to empower each individual to tap into their inner resources, fostering resilience and growth in a compassionate, supportive setting.
