With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and certified school counselor dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan—from children as young as five to adults in their seventies. My work has focused on helping people navigate their most challenging experiences, offering guidance, healing, and hope through trauma-informed care.

I hold two master’s degrees: one in Health Education and another in Counseling, equipping me with a comprehensive understanding of both emotional well-being and holistic health. Additionally, I am certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through the American School Counselor Association, reflecting my commitment to creating inclusive and affirming spaces for all individuals.

My approach blends empathy, clinical expertise, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I believe in meeting people where they are and empowering them to move forward with strength and self-awareness.
