Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re dealing with family stress, major life changes, or situations that feel out of your control. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
I’m a Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey with over 10 years of experience supporting children, teens, and families navigating challenges related to family conflict, custody and visitation, and life transitions. I’ve worked closely with individuals involved in the child welfare system and understand how complex and emotional these situations can be.
My approach is grounded, supportive, and focused on helping you make real progress. I meet clients where they are and work alongside them to identify small, manageable steps that lead to meaningful change over time. Whether that means improving communication, building stronger relationships, or creating more stability in your day-to-day life, we focus on what’s realistic and achievable. I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach to help clients build momentum and confidence.
You might be a good fit if you’re dealing with family conflict, co-parenting or visitation challenges, parent-child relationship struggles, or helping a child adjust to separation or major family changes. I also support individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, and those looking to build structure, stability, and healthier coping skills in their daily lives.
In our work together, you can expect a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported—but also gently challenged to take steps toward your goals.
If you’re feeling stuck or unsure of what comes next, we can figure it out together.
