I believe our experiences, culture, relationships, and life circumstances all shape who we are. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
As both a counselor and school counselor, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, cultural adjustment, and the effects of domestic violence. I also support immigrants, expatriates, and individuals navigating life between cultures. I speak Portuguese and Spanish, which allows me to connect with and support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and integrative. I tailor therapeutic approaches and strategies to each client’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices. My goal is to help clients build confidence, resilience, and a stronger connection to themselves while creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
