Dr. Hsieh is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is fluent in English, Chinese, and Taiwanese, allowing her to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, providing compassionate support tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

She earned her Master’s degree from National University and her Doctoral degree in Counseling and Education from Argosy University. Dr. Hsieh brings a wide range of experience, having worked in elementary, middle, and high school settings, youth residential treatment centers, and clinical environments, where she has supported individuals facing a variety of emotional and life challenges.

Dr. Hsieh is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. She recognizes that reaching out for help can be difficult, and she strives to make that first step feel comfortable and empowering.

Her approach focuses on helping clients build on their strengths, develop resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. She uses evidence-based techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Play Therapy, always tailoring treatment to meet each client where they are.
