I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself, process life’s challenges, and grow at your own pace. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, or supporting a loved one with developmental or learning differences, you don’t have to go through it alone.
I work with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adults, and geriatric clients, and have experience supporting clients with Autism, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also work with individuals navigating learning disabilities, mood disorders, anger management, crisis situations, adoption-related concerns, and chronic or long-term health challenges.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, and strength-based approaches to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and move toward meaningful personal growth.
My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Therapy can be one of the most important investments you make in yourself, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they work toward healing, growth, and balance in their lives.
