Betsy Candelier, MPA, LMSW is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides a warm, supportive space for adults to explore challenges, heal, and grow. With over 20 years of experience working in diverse and underserved communities, Betsy brings a deep understanding of the real-life stressors many individuals face and approaches each person with empathy, respect, and cultural awareness.
Betsy supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and overall emotional well-being. She uses practical, evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to help clients better understand themselves, build coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives.
In addition to her clinical work, Betsy has extensive experience coordinating behavioral health services, improving access to care, and supporting individuals through the intake process. She understands how overwhelming it can feel to seek help and works to make that first step feel safe, clear, and manageable.
Betsy believes therapy should feel like a partnership. She creates a nonjudgmental, compassionate environment where clients feel heard and empowered to move forward at their own pace.
