Hello, I'm Shelly Campbell, a Licensed Associate Counselor, committed to helping individuals, and families, navigate life's challenges with compassion, empathy and practical support. I specialize in working with pre-teens through young adults, families, individuals facing anxiety, severe depression, suicidal ideation, ADHD and how to manage its symptoms, etc. I offer supportive and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based, drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, with an emphasis on Adlerian theory utilizing Gestalt exercises and solution-focused brief therapy, where appropriate. Your sessions will be tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, imposter syndrome, or life transitions, I'm here to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and create positive change.
I hold a Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Alabama and am currently provisionally licensed and working under supervision towards licensure in the State of New Jersey. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and strive to provide a safe, inclusive space for growth and healing.
Let's take our first step together.
