Pushing away your needs and not taking time for yourself can lead to long term issues for your mind and body. I believe it should not be so hard for you to live a better life.

I am a licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience working in various mental health settings, including in home therapy, outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient programs, psychiatric emergency rooms, and children’s shelters. Together, we will set goals and take steps to achieve them by utilizing coping techniques to allow you to become the best version of yourself. We will discuss different strategies on how to practice self care and effectively manage your emotions.  

No matter what challenges you are facing, I am here to be a listening ear and someone you can lean on in your times of need. Whether you have been on your therapy journey for a while or if you are new to your therapy journey, I am here to be with you step by step through it all. I'm looking forward to working with you!

I make all of my clients a main priority and provide empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental attitude. I meet with all of my clients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary. I create individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances.

My counseling style is client-centered. I focus on putting you first each and every session. Every session will be a judgment free zone and a safe place for you. I am very kind-hearted, compassionate, dedicated, genuine, supportive, and motivated. My approach combines Psychoanalytic, Cognitive-behavioral, Dialectical-behavioral, Mindfulness, and Eclectic counseling.
